I started eating normally. I'm trying to keep my current weight for 4 weeks with three good meals a day. After I'm going to lose weight healthily! So hopefully no more binges and no more excuses for not going to the gym.. I ran 1.5 hours, 10,5 km this week :)
When I reach my goal weight I'll get a tattoo. <3
It's supposed to take 21 days before
doing something constantly
becomes a habit. Just think: 21 days
without binging, can become a
lifetime. 21 days of going to the
gym will make you not even think
twice about going anymore. 21 days
of saying 'no, thank you' to sugary
treats. All it takes is 21 days.

Tuesday: 17:00 - 18:00
Friday: 16:45 - 17:45
Sunday: 10:00 - 11:00
Treadmill for 30 minutes, the other 30 minutes are for transport and shower. Well I think 1.5 hours sweating per week plus a healthy diet are gonna work. Everyday at home, I'm gonna do an abs workout for about 15-20 minutes. Hope to lose 1 kg every week! <3

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Let's hope that all our wishes come true:)
My wishlist consists of better marks at school, so I need to study much more. I also want to go to the gym 4 times per week. My binges have to stop, so that's why I want to break the starve/binge cycle and start a healthy diet with at least 1000 calories. I wish to start playing much more music as well so I don't have to waste my time on useless stuff. That's it. I know it sounds a bit ridiculous because it's too much, but I think I can do it. I WILL DO IT. <3
